If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect from us, we will repair the product without repairing charge. Repair due to normal wear, accidents, improper use or care where we are not at fault, will be repaired for a reasonable price. All shipping will be at owner's expense, we require that all products must be clean before repairing.

In cases where the customer is either unable or unwilling to arrange return carriage after mistakenly purchasing a product, CombatKit reserves the right to charge an uplift fee to cover the transport cost of the item/s and cost of employing a courier company to collect the item from the customer. In cases where an entire order is returned, we reserve the right to retain the transport cost of the outward carriage.
