Vest Rifle and Drop Leg Medic Pouch

During spring 2004 I was assigned to plan, organize and supervise Tactical protection Operation in Northern Iraq. Our AO included high-threatlocations like Kirkuk and Mosul suburbs. As part of independent program, we could count only on our own defensive capacities and among other factors; we needed maximum load top-knoch gear.Being experienced with various products of many leading manufactures in tactical equipment industries, for this very difficult mission my teams needed something even more tough, reliable and dependable then usual products of known makers. After thorough testing and accelerated field evaluation of various models and makers, all of our operators voted for CombatKit.

CombatKit responded to our Test and Evaluation request with unexpected level of professionalism and costumer-care and have promptly provided us with models we were interested in. Rifle vest and drop leg medic pouch have immediately been ordered for our counter-Assault Teams. For half-year of constant field abuse, mentioned equipment show absolute no trace of being tortured whatsoever . Just for reference, our CAT operators had between 60 and 80lbs of gear hauling on daily basis. 270rds of 7,62mm rounds in 9 magazines, smoke, frag grenades, radios and SATCOM portables, MREs and water were essential and were worn at all times inside the rifle vest with other parts of necessary equipment as well. Not a single vest failed. Not even a single stitch. Aside to full size medic packs, we also liked individual butt-mounted compact medic packs, provided by CombatKit. Medic packs were providing enough space even for 0,5L IV soft pack, IV solutions with system, clamps, intubations tubes and bandages while beingcompact enough to be carried on daily basis. Highly appreciated was quick-detach system that allowed operator to quickly detach and place the medic packs into one rifle vest side pouches (yes, it have that much space) or to connect it to the vest or daypack (built-in improvised MOLLE stripes).

In short, CombatKit is and will be our one and only choice of tactical gear and I highly recommend it to the any professional(s) who need ultimate equipment proven in the field.
